My role as your coach and therapist is to nurture you to reignite and deepen your growth, and to come to a greater understanding of yourself and the unlimited possibilities available. I will help you recognise the full potential within. Healing and growing requires honesty, open-mindedness, and self-awareness from both me and you, which we will build upon from mutual respect and a gaining of trust. I will ensure that I provide a space physically and energetically that is safe and nurturing for you to give you the best possible chance for your magic to unfold. I will honour you in your WHOLE form of being and allow expression of all of your aspects. There will be no judgement or expectation of how you explore within, only a deep-held love and reverence in helping you get curious about all that you are and can be

 

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Your session time is reserved especially for you with preparation for the session done by me ahead of time. I value our time together and know you will too by respecting and keeping your appointment. I understand that sometimes things do arise and you may need to reschedule or cancel your session. I do not charge cancellation fees for this, but do encourage you wherever possible to please give me as much notice as you can to change our usual time so as to enable someone else to take your spot. I often have a waitlist so it would definitely be of gratitude to someone else. Last-minute cancellations or no-shows may be charged a 50% appointment fee.

 

Holistic Therapies Payments

Payment for service is payable at the time of your consultation. Eftpos facilities are available.

Payment schedule:

Kinesiology Initial consultation (Extended) - 2hrs - $220

Kinesiology standard consultation - 1.5hrs - $195

Transpersonal Therapy (Counselling) Initial consultation (Extended) - 1.5hr - $195

Transpersonal Therapy (Counselling) - 1hr - $180

Reiki - 1hr - $150

 

Coaching Payments

Please get in touch with me for a coaching series investment suited to your desires and goals. All coaching series are bespoke and tailored to your needs and desires. Investment starts at $1260 for a three-month series.

 

Risks and Benefits of doing the inner and outer work

The benefits of kinesiology, coaching and transpersonal therapy can be life-changing and affirming. It can provide wonderful opportunities to delve into the unconscious mind revealing valuable insights to yourself. It can enhance the connection to self, and others as well as to our spiritual self. BIG goals require you to be BOLD and to test yourself in ways you have not yet done. The payoffs can be ridiculously good, however, as part of your series will involve some deep inner-work, it should be known that as with all counselling modalities and other therapies the risk of remembering unpleasant events may provoke strong and/or unanticipated feelings. It may mean facing issues or aspects of yourself that are uncomfortable for you. It may lead to unforeseen changes in your relationships. It may stretch you right outside of your comfort zone as you explore and expand your growing edges. Please let me know if/when this ever becomes overwhelming for you during our inner work sessions (Kinesiology, Reiki, Transpersonal Therapy) Coaching on the other hand is designed to stretch you outside of your comfort zone, this will be more actioned based on your goals rather than from an internal perspective.
